1. Cancellation policy – Please add cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of the order placed.

2. Refund policy – Refund will be done through online mode in 4-5 working days.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but at the same time we also understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries! Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 Days after the purchase.

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you may receive

  • A damaged product
  • A Defective Product
  • A product which you actually didn’t order
  • In such Circumstances you may return & replace your products within – hours/ 1 week of receiving your item and we'll make every effort to make things right. All claims filed after – assigned 24 hours will not be approved.

Conditions of Return

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective productwithin 24 hours of delivery on email awin@antiquerustic.com . Products/Items should be UNUSED. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

How to return

Please let us know within 24 hours by phone or email and share with us the following information: -

-> Digital snapshots of the damaged product and also the packaging/ boxes
-> Share the reason for return.
-> Any additional details that may help us understand the problem are also helpful and welcomed.
-> Pack the unused products in its original packing and deliver it back to us. The Return Shipping Cost will borne by the Buyer and is Non-Claimable.
->The product should be unused in any circumstances & the returned package should be in its original packing with all the requisite invoice details attached.

Refunds/Replacements

Process of Refund will be done as per banking systems. We Usually Initiate The Refunds In 3 Working Days. After Approval of Investigation team and Insurance Company the Refund Will be initiated. Full Refund Will not be accepted.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the orders.

For orders placed through Gift Vouchers/Discount Coupon of Antique Rustic No refund will be given.
Payments Made through PayPal Will be refunded To the PayPal Account After Reports Submission of Investigation Team And Insurance Company.

Replacement or Refund Conditions

-> No Refund Request and Claim Will Be Accepted In case of Item Partially Damaged and The Item is Repairable. Only Repair Cost Will Be Refunded. *No Full Refund*.
-> In Case of Item Lost in Transit. Full Refund or a New Order is accepted.
-> In Case of Ordered “A” Product and received “B” Product. Replacement will be Provided After Investigation of Shipping Company.
-> If Delivery is late due to Custom Issues No Refund Will be Given and Return Will be Accepted, In Certain Conditions Return Shipping will be borne by the Buyer and that is Non Claimable.

-> IN CASE OF CUSTOM OR BESPOKE ORDERS, NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED( BECAUSE WE SHIP THE ORDER ONLY AFTER CONFIRMING WITH THE CUSTOMER ON EMAIL).
